At Custom Sign Lab the Client Care + Project Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional customer journey from beginning to end. With a focus on servicing existing clients and building relationships with new clients, you have the opportunity to become the face of Custom Sign Lab.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Develop/maintain industry and product knowledge specific to Custom Sign Lab offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing accounts
- Conduct consultations (in person or virtually) to find/recommend the best solution for prospects
- Develop/enhance comprehensive account relationships and proactively identify new opportunities
- Answer the office phone and manage the general inbox
- Receive estimates and present to the client
- Using Quickbooks: convert estimates, send invoices, receive payments and manage accounts receivable
- Confirm that completed jobs match the estimate and participate in quality control
- Anticipate and communicate any issues that may affect timelines or quality of the final product
- Work with Management to develop/re-develop estimation/bid & tender strategies/processes
- Communicate with clients to receive artwork or direction and upload for the graphic designer.
- Update clients on project status and schedule installation
- Service and maintain a CRM system within project management software and keep client files organized (physically and digitally)
- Ensure the office is kept clean, organized and stocked with supplies. Develop and maintain an organized filing system
- Frequent communication with other departments providing project updates as and when necessary
Requirements
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education preferred
- Experience in the Sign industry or Manufacturing/Fabrication
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Monday.com and Quickbooks Online
- Proficient with Microsoft operating systems
- Develop a working knowledge of our products and services to be able to answer basic client questions and requests.

Compensation
Monday to Friday schedule with Fridays off in the summer
$21 to $26 per hour
