Fashion Boutique Sales Associate with Potential for Advancement

Are you passionate about fashion, customer service, and personal style? Our award winning boutique is looking for a stylish, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate, with the potential to advance to a managerial role!

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in fashion, trends, and styling
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within our company
Ability to work independently

Hours: Flexible, including weekends

Requirements

Provide excellent customer service and wardrobing assistance to our clients
Assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining an organized, attractive store environment
Process sales transactions
Participate in store events and promotional activities
Ability to work independently and make confident decisions on the sales floor
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and product presentation

Compensation

Wage: $17.20/hr plus $3/hr clothing allowance
