Description

A local contracting company is looking for a hard working individual to join their team to assist in planting larger sized trees on municipal streets. Experience driving a pickup with attached trailer would be an asset, but not a requirement.

Requirements

Applicant must be able to get to our shop on Park Rd South, Grimsby by 6:15am.
PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST
Safety footwear is required.
Not suitable for high school students – Work runs April through December
Duties include physical work, use of wheelbarrow, digging, some lifting (75lbs), as required to plant larger sized trees on Municipal boulevards.
Class G driver’s license an asset, but not a necessity.
The right candidate will be hardworking and take pride in their work – and be able to take and follow direction.

Compensation

Wage Range: $20 plus/hr with planting background as well as experience driving with a trailer

$18 – $20/hr depending on job history and skill set
